The Salvation Army of Brown County wanted to announce the opening of a local Kroc Corps Community Center. The challenge was to communicate that the Kroc Center was fully-funded by the Joan Kroc Foundation while local support was still needed for the Salvation Army’s everyday mission.
We began the TV campaign one year before the opening, with the first commercial to communicate that the center was fully-funded. We also developed a new Kroc Corps Community Center website to communicate the brand and offer classes and important information about the center. The website utilizes “Top Floor”, a custom Content Management System (CMS) that allows the client to easily update information at any time.
In addition, we created a second, bell-ringing commercial to tell the community that The Salvation Army still needs support on a daily basis.
The Kroc Center opened its doors Fall, 2011.
